Eric left his career after 8 years as a high school band director to focus on renovating their rental properties and flips. He enjoys helping others find their path to financial independence, hiking, playing guitar, spending time with his family and home renovation projects.

For 18 years, Josh has been a high school band director in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2022 he purchased his first investment property.
